In order to succeed, you should find someone who can guide you thru the process. It may be an individual or group who also aims to succeed in life. There's a saying that goes "Birds of same feather flock together" which is very true. Would you expect people who doesn't even know success teach you how to become one? In order to do this, you need to be selective and pick the right people that can help you. Do not go with someone that will hinder your ability to succeed. Another saying goes like this "If you are an eagle, do not mingle with the chickens. Eagles are destined to soar high while chickens only walk on the ground." Eagle associating himself on chicken won't be able to soar high and reach the goals. In psychology explanation, peer influence is one of the best ways to influence us. We tend to go with the crowds, follow them and associate ourselves with them. Sometimes, we even idolize them and do things that they are doing. As a blogger, I found ways to join groups that can boost my blogging skills. I attended GOOGLE trainings, join online blogging communities, attending seminars for bloggers and other things which are necessary for me to achieve success in blogging. I researched those groups that caters the needs for bloggers like me. Reading blogger community sites becomes my hobby as well as blog hopping. Offline I joined NUFFNANG Singapore and got a chance to meet fellow bloggers on the industry. By this way, I am sure that my blogging success will be attainable in the process. For my entrepreneurial skills, I joined and mingle with real life entrepreneurs. I talked to them, ask their secret, befriend them and build connection. This month alone, I attended the Pinoy Entrepreneurs Club gathering, a very first of it's kind in Singapore for Filipino Community. Knowledge and ideas that you can gain on this event is crucial to establish yourself and move forward towards attaining entrepreneurial success in life. Online, I follow sites and blogs of those big personalities on the internet. They are sharing their stories and insights free on their site, I just need to frequently visit and read their stuff. Joining the right people is very crucial if we want to achieve success. Be sure to associate yourself to those people that will show you the way towards it. May it be an online or offline group, it doesn't matter as long as you have the same purpose and mission in life.
