Less-endowed women will feel more confident if they have fuller and firmer breasts since these are among a female’s most visible “assets”. Many will seek ways to have bust gain with growing preference to non-surgical methods that are safe and affordable. If you are like the millions of women who have been searching for answers to such questions, you should know that there are known exercise to make your breasts bigger.


Breasts are made up of fatty tissues. Pectorals, which are muscles under the breasts, have to be built up so that you can make your breasts more visible. These muscles can be developed by several chest-related exercises so that your bosom gets pushed up to sit higher.


In this article, we will examine three of such exercises to make your breasts bigger.


Known Exercise No. 1


The first known exercise is the modified push up. It may look almost the same as the regular push ups that most women do except that it is neither the hand nor the knees that has to be placed on the floor. Consider lying on your stomach to correctly perform the said exercise. Elbows must be bent and palms must be placed on the floor. You have to straighten your arms and lift your body so that you may be balanced on your knees and palms. Your chin must be tucked toward your chest so that your forehead may face the floor. Your abdominals also have to be tightened. Make your upper arms parallel to the floor by lowering your entire body slightly. You then have to push back up. Never dip your head on the floor and your other body parts must be stationary. Repeat the same procedure 8 times.


Known Exercise No. 2


Soup can press is also a bust enhancing exercise. With your feet placed flat on the floor, lie on your back with dumbbells or soup cans on each hand. You have to push the soup can up until they are over your shoulders. You should not jam your back towards the floor or arch it in any way. After that procedure, lower the soup cans down until your elbow slightly touch the ground. And then, you have to push the soup cans back again. Repeat the procedure as many as you can. Your exercise should depend on what you can really do.


Known Exercise No. 3


The incline fly exercise is another that can enlarge your bosom. You have to lie on the floor with your head, neck and upper back lying on several pillows. Each hand must hold soup cans just like what you did in the soup can press. You have to press the dumbbells just above your chest. You have to make sure that your palms are facing each other. You back posture must be natural and should not be arched. Spread your arms apart to lower the weights. Repeat the procedure if necessary.


The above are three known exercises to make your breasts bigger. Like all non-surgical methods, you are likely to see results only after several months with these exercises. For optimum results, consider combining these exercises with a proven herbal-based supplement.
