Statements such as I will no longer have money issues or I will not be poor anymore are not recognized as negatives by the Law of Attraction. It does not interpret negative words, so it will hear such thoughts as a wish to have money issues or a wish to continue to be poor. In other words, you attract precisely the thing you want to avoid.
The final thing you need to do to obtain Law of Attraction money is letting go of your wish. If you determine your intent, word it in the right manner and really believe it, letting go of any anxiety or urgency surrounding whether it will be granted or not is the crucial final step.
