It's very clear to all smokers that smoking is dangerous to their health, but they're still doing the same thing day after day, hoping one day to wake up and find out that the whole smoking thing is over without giving it even any piece of their care!

To be frank, that's totally depressing to me, so in this article I'll give you a few reasons to stop smoking easily and never get back to it again.

One truth to know is that when you smoke, you increase your chances of getting Alzheimer's Disease sooner, it was reported in some studies that young smokers are more likely to have mental loss five times more than non-smokers, also it expands to reach your arteries and clots causing a lot of damage, moreover, destroying your brain causing strokes in some cases.

Smoking has also lots of dangers on mothers and infants' lives as well. It increases things like sudden infant death syndrome which is known as SIDS by two times, raises the risks of Lupis (a long lasting chronic autoimmune disease) causes dangers to unborn babies and health risks to the mother. Also for men, it decreases their sexual ability from different aspects.

And of course, we all know that the main cause of lung disease is smoking. I get shocked to a great extent when I find that at some person's funeral who has just died of a lung cancer, people coming out smoking! It doesn't make sense to most none smokers...Why don't you want to lead a happy & healthy life without cigarettes? It's a dream for all of us, to enjoy a long, healthy & happy life, and to save money which is also a benefit to gain when you stop smoking.

Going all over these dangers, do you still want to smoke? I think not, so take a step forward and search for the different strategies to quit smoking and give it a try. It's at least worth trying because if you remained on your current status, you may lose your life to smoking!
