Bloating and constipation are the common ailments, one out every four of us are suffering from but fail to acknowledge. Don't you worry; numerous bloating remedies are here for your rescue. When large amounts of toxins from the food we have taken enter the body and stick to our colon there the trouble starts. The toxic waste lying in our body emits gases and the abdomen gets filled with this gas. Bloating is nothing but accumulation of the gas in the abdomen leading to great discomfort and pain. Often, eating allergic items and taking an overdose of food also causes bloating. Some people are allergic to diary products like milk etc. This condition is also known as lactose intolerance. People suffering from lactose intolerance will also develop bloating in their abdomen. Women who are experiencing their menstrual cycle or who has the problem of ovarian cysts are also likely to suffer from bloating. Take small walks or do some exercise to get rid of the bloating during those days. If you are looking for immediate relief from bloating you also use a pill of Phazyme. Pills made of activated charcoal also work effectively in reducing the gas and lessening the bloating. People who are using other medicines or birth control pills should refrain from using activated charcoal pills for it might cause some side-effects. Activated charcoal pills are not supposed to be taken continuously for longer periods.

In order to cure bloating you should find out the real cause behind it. If it is constipation, then, laxatives or eating right food will help. If it is the gas that is causing you the trouble then you can drink some carbonated water so that gas will escape naturally from your body in the form of a belch. If you don't mind taking pills then you can also pop in a couple of betaine hydrochloric acid tablets. Even simple things like inhaling air through mouth or taking calcium supplements can also lead to severe bloating. Exercise caution while eating. Take your time to chew and swallow the food properly.

Some of the natural homemade remedies to cure bloating are pop in some seeds of celery and chew on them. You can also take some chamomile, prepare some tea with it and drink it. This will give instant relief to your bloating. Such teas can be made from other things like ginger, peppermint and ginger. As these teas are made from the natural products they are extremely healthy and they have no side effects at all.

Avoid foods that cause bloating to you. Not all the foods will be taken in the same way by everybody's digestive system. Some people might find that they are allergic to few foods whereas the others might eat them more.

Depending on your body type and availability choose the remedies for your bloating problem. When trying out any of these bloating remedies if you have experienced any kind of discomfort discontinue them and seek the help of a doctor.
