Twenty pounds doesn't seem like much. And for me it was the last twenty pounds I needed. I had lost a good amount of weight on my own but I was having a real hard time with the rest. I wanted to lose twenty pounds in a month and keep it off. I knew I wasn't going to go the way of No-Carb diets, Low-Fat-diets, or those useless Low-Calorie diets...can you say hungry horrors?

No, I wanted a more up to date method to help me get rid of that little layer of belly fat I had left. I heard about this new idea called The Shifting Calorie Theory. It's a new system of eating that is so different from anything you've ever seen that you'll notice real change in less than two weeks.

Every time you eat something you brain releases two different types of hormones that control whether you burn the fat or store in your body. And the thing is, these hormones are controlled by not only the types of food you eat but when you eat them. The Shifting Calorie method gives you the way to manipulate these hormones. That's why for the first 11 days you'll be eating more than three times a day.

That one was difficult for to get at first. How can eating more often help me lose 20 pounds in a month and keep it off? This is where calorie shifting comes into play. Obviously your body doesn't know what you're going to eat in the next few days so it generally assumes that you will continue eating the way you always have in the past. This is when you're going to shock it by changing the types of calories you consume and when you consume them. And because you are eating more meals you never feel hungry.
