If you can't lose 50 pounds in a month following the advice from this article, then I'm not sure what's going to help you do so. Nothing complicated here, just simple advice that will only take you 2 minutes of your time to follow through.

Lose 50 Pounds In A Month The Smart And Easy Way

1. Are you carb-intolerant?

Unfortunately, a large percentage of the world's population is carb-intolerant. They gain weight easily when they consume carby foods such as bread, potatoes etc. However, when adopting a diet of fish, chicken, the weight plummets down quickly. Consider changing your diet to lose 50 pounds in a month (you'll lose at least 5-10 out of the 50 pounds this way!)

2. Accelerate your metabolism

4. Use a smaller plate

Most dieters don't even realize that the average dinner plate has gone from 9" to 12" in size. This means that 40% more food fits on your plate, and studies confirm that if it's on the plate, it's in your mouth.

5. Hoodia, appetite suppressant (this will help you to lose 50 pounds in a month)

Hoodia is a natural appetite suppressant used by the San Bushmen, a tribe in South Africa that can keep your mind off food and from overeating. Add this into your meals and you won't be eating that much anymore.
