If there is one section of the body that I hear more about from other women, it would have to be the belly. It's usually the first place that flab starts to accumulate. I have personally lost quite a bit of belly flab using a few simple tips. I was a size eleven and now I am a size five and my tummy fat is still shrinking today!.

Lose Belly Flab!

Tip Number 1 for reducing tummy fat!
Eat three ounces of grilled fish. Do not use butter when you grill your fish, that will just add extra fat that you do not need. Now why would eating three ounces of grilled fish help you to reduce belly flab? There are two great reasons. For one most fish like Salmon are low in calories. Three ounces of fish depending of the type can be 80 -130 calories. That is pretty low. The other tummy fat reducing part of eating grilled fish is Omega 3 fatty acids. Most people do not get enough of this in their diet as it is. Fish is a great source of this fat burning substance.

Tip Number 2 for reducing belly flab!
Fun Exercise. I know how that sounds but believe it or not there are exercises that are quite fun. Take this one for instance. I love riding my bike. It gives me a great sense of freedom and a great cardio workout all in one. It is also a low impact exercise which means that it is easy on your joints.

This morning it was raining outside. This was a perfect time for bike riding! It was just a light drizzle but enough to make a lot of puddles and keep me very cool. I really felt like a little kid again as I zoomed in and out of all of the puddles. Within 25 minutes I had ridden my bike just over four miles and I did not even realize it! That is what I mean by fun exercising! I have lost over 24 pounds and went from a size 11 to a size 5. I found some foods that really helped speed up the whole process.
