There is such a thing as healthy weight loss and there is also such a thing as unhealthy weight loss. I just do not trust those diet pills, I wanted to lose weight naturally and healthy! Once I started to see the pounds drop and my waist shrink, I knew that it was not going to be difficult.

Lose Weight Naturally!

Tip 1 Chicken.

Chicken is a common item that most people eat but did you know that there are certain parts of the chicken that can actually help you lose weight? Dark meat has more calories than white meat. As soon as I learned this I started eating nothing but white meat chicken! If you are going to eat chicken, then by all means remove the skin! That is where most of the fat is!

How do you cook your chicken? This makes a huge difference as well. If you are frying your chicken, try baking or grilling it instead!

Tip 2 Tuna.

Tuna is a great food for so many reasons but did you know that certain tunas are packed full of fat! If you are eating the wrong kind then you could be doing much more harm than good! Fresh tuna steaks are always the best. Grill them or broil them with a squeeze of lemon. If you have to eat tuna in a can, make sure you read the label. DO NOT GET TUNA IN OIL! The oil that the tuna sits in is so fattening! If you get your tuna in a can then make sure it is the kind that is in water! If you can not find water packed tuna then rinse the oil packed tuna prior to eating it!
