You can also divide your total exercises duration into two or three sessions so that you will not feel the monotony and fatigue that accompany longer sessions.
- Experts advise that while doing your exercises, you should not concentrate on your activity but divert your mind to something more interesting so that you will not feel the length of the sessions and the boredom and fatigue that may deter you.
