We are all aware of the signs of aging as the year's progress. Wrinkles, painful joints, gray hair, puffy eyes, the list goes on and on. Of the parts of our bodies that are constantly exposed and are most susceptible to damage, our necks seem to get hit the worst. As we get older our bodies naturally stop producing collagen and other necessary fibers essential for youthful looking skin. That, in partnership with sun damage, ware and tare and life style can all attribute to loose skin and deeply enriched lines around the constantly exposed neck. Many people will turn to surgery or artificial fillers to tighten the skin around the neck or to reduce wrinkles, both of which are expensive and dangerous. Instead of the latter, consider doing some of the various necksercises or best neck creams that are not only effective at tightening the skin surrounding the neck but also reducing wrinkles.

I know it seems a little funny to say, but necksercises are actually quite beneficial should they be done on a regular basis and correctly. One that you can do every morning in the shower, as soon as you get up or whenever you have a minute or two is about as easy as it can get. Start by standing tall and slowly rotate your head clockwise for about a minute and then switch to counter clockwise. This relieves all of the tension from your night's rest, while strengthening the muscles surrounding the neck. There are all other kinds of necksercises that you can do, in fact there are websites dedicated to them, so check them out and see if you can start a new neck workout.

The best neck creams are made with all natural ingredients and are free of any chemical additives as well as any synthetic perfumes. Some neck creams are now incorporating stem cells that are harvested from the cores of apples. The idea being that stem cells (which are basically un-programmed cells and become whatever kind of cell they're applied to) will effectively begin the process of cellular regeneration by becoming new healthy skin cell upon a series of applications.

Avoiding surgery and injections is the easy part, but beware of neck creams that may contain harmful chemicals or artificial perfumes. Many of the more common chemical additives on the skin care market can cause much more than just simple skin irritation; some have even led to serious allergic reactions while some have been linked to cancer or worse. Synthetic fragrances do nothing for the best neck cream other than offer a pleasant smell, which is often too strong and can cause rashes, dizziness, swelling and other types of irritation. Make sure that whichever neck cream you choose make sure that it's made with the highest quality, all natural ingredients.
