In this report I want to talk about getting the most out of the products you buy, because these are things you invest time and
money. What I want to know is that if you're getting the most out of the products?

You know the old saying "It's easier said than done" and for most things this can be true. But what I want to talk about is how to
make it easier done than said.
First thing you need to understand is that every single person has a system or a method that they use to get things done. You too
have a system, but the question you need to ask yourself is do you like the results you are getting or not?

That is the reason that it exists a difference between the people who excel, those that struggle and those that don't succeed at all.
Those that excel have a very predefined system that they use and has been proven to work and one that is adaptable as things
continue to change.
The people who don't really get a lot of success and those who don't experience what it is they want will often have an ad hoc
where nothing is really predefined.

So you have to make some choices not only to predefine what it is you are going to do but you also need to have a schedule
of what is supposed to be done and stay commited to this schedule. There are three quick decisions that you can make:you are
going to do it all yourself, you are going to insource it(meaning giving to someone internally that works for your company) or
you are going to outsource it(this is where you give it to someone else to do it).

So you need to have things clearly defined:what you are going to do,where you are going to do it and how you are going to do it
and that you are commited to doing it.
This can be made even easier if you have an accountability partner. This person is someone that will keep your feet to the fire
and make sure that you remain focused  so that you can move forward.
