So your think only women got a problem on having a big body? You think only women are having a diet? If you thing that women are the only one suffering from body size issues think again. You're wrong! Men does too. Yes, women are more vocal about their insecurities with their bodies, and media usually cites members of the female gender as examples when they discuss eating disorders, diet pills and plastic surgeries.



With a lot of cover sports and fitness magazine showing male bodies in its perfect form, men are more pressured to keep up with the trend of six-pack abs. Yeah! Most mean nowadays are conscious with there bodies too. While it sound like most women are looking for a man with a broad shoulders, nice abs and well-tone forearms, it is very unrealistic to expect every men to achieve a body like Arnold Schwarzenegger or Silvester Stallone.

Not all men accept the fact that they cannot have the perfect body of those Baywatch hotty. Some men resort into steroids and diet pills or a plastic surgery that may be more hazardous than helpful. And not to tell you that these kind of staff are the easiest way to have a nice body. But they didn't think about the consequences or the effect that will happen to their bodies after taking a pills or having a surgery.

Nowadays women and men are into diet, sports or a weight loss programs . Yoga is the one of the effective ways to loose weight. Many people think that yoga is just stretching. But while stretching is certainly involved, yoga is really about creating balance in the body through developing body strength and flexibility. And there are lots of fitness program that offers body shaping and weight loss. And learn to discipline yourself. From your eating habit to your daily exercise. Not only the physical appearance is important, it is the health and the strength of your body that counts.
