Getting the proper nutrients can be done through finding a multivitamin that is designed for healthy hair, skin and nails. Another good natural remedy for balding is destressing your life. Stress causes balding and everyone has stress in their life, in varying degrees of severity. Try different techniques such as meditation and exercise to help with stress. Find time for yourself to do something you enjoy doing. Another great thing to try is getting a massage. Massage has many positve effects on the body and will make you fel amazng. Losing your hair is not what people want to have happen to them.
