OVERCOME SNORING ONCE AND FOR ALL

The controllable factors that cause us to snore are smoking, alcohol, medications, sleeping position and postures, obesity and being overweight.

WHAT FOODS CAUSES US TO SNORE?
Eating fatty and oily foods too much will certainly increase the chances of more fatty deposits within you body and this is not good for anyone. Take precaution when eating wheat. Another eating related tip is do your best not to over eat especially at dinner time. By eating more green vegetables, the less you are likely to develop a snoring problem.

TIPS ON HOW TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT AND EATING HABITS TO AVOID SNORING
By using smaller bowls and plates, you will eat less than what you normally would consume in one meal time. Seeing junk foods at the store, sends a message to your mind that whispers to you every so softly that these food are great and that you should buy them to eat but I'm here to tell you if you buy these junk foods you will most likely to snore nightly. Eating slowly can help you lessen your food intake. Overeating or eating heavily at night is not a good habit to have because you will be going to sleep soon after eating and your metabolism is at its slowest speed when you are asleep which is likely to trigger snoring since your body is relaxed and comfortable.

WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARE SNORING SEVERELY?
When trying to stop your snoring, clear out your nasal passages will help as well. There are some simple ways in which you can stop snoring on your own. By elevating the upper part of your body, it will help your air pathways to open and to let the air pass through with no restrictions. To stop your snoring, if it is possible try to sleep on your side when you lie in bed and train yourself to sleep sideways rather than sleeping flat on your back because this will definitely lessen the chances of you to snore in your sleep.
