There are various natural ways to conceive a girl. Often the longing to conceive a female can only be understood by those who's families consist only of male children.

The vagina is less acidic nearer to the cervix and more acidic nearer to the entrance. As female sperm is better suited to acidic conditions, shallower sex, such as the missionary position, which deposits sperm nearer to the entrance of the vagina can increase the odds of conceiving a girl.
Female sperm are slower at swimming than their male counterparts yet can survive for longer. Taking this logically, this means that if you have sex up to 3 days before ovulation, the female sperm will still be around when the egg is released whereas the male sperm will have died.
Diet can also help. A protein rich diet and one which contains potassium can help support male sperm, whereas nuts, soya beans and leafy green vegetables, all of which are rich in magnesium are supportive of female sperm. In addition, eating a high calorie diet is more likely to produce a boy, where as a diet which contains no more than the recommended calorie intake for a woman's height will sway the odds slightly towards having a girl. A quick internet search will reveal many natural ways to conceive a girl. However, using these in isolation may not give the baby girl you would love to have.
