There is hope for victims of neck pain. A lot of treatment options are open for victims of common muscular skeletal neck pain.

However, there are preferable options which is non-invasive or non-surgical, which meets with global standards. This muscular skeletal neck pain has caused so much pain and sorrow to thousands of people around the globe and has a prevalent rate of 5%.

Although it looks minute, yet it has no quick fix medically {i.e it can be get rid easily}.

How does it manifest? Are there other structures it affects? Which groups of people are mostly affected? What is the prognosis? Is there really any remedy? Etc.

These are issues that need to be answered before embarking on any meaningful resolutions that will bring relief to the numerous victims of back pain.

Neck pain being so close to the head makes the whole issue a personal one, like headache affects the head, it is subjective and invisible. It is a problem only you as the victim know what you are passing through.

The pain and feeling of heaviness at the back of the neck and shoulder, numbness and tingling sensations along the hand and fingers, the inability to feel your fist and disturbance of your night sleep and distress. If you are an office worker, sportsman or couple neck pain will restrict your activity, reduce your work capacity and may increase your emotional stress.

Degenerative process of the cervical {neck} spine and strain/sprain of muscles and ligaments are the major causes of painful experience in the neck. It may become so disturbing that even to sustain a load with your arm could be laborious!
