One of the most common problems that office workers encounter is that they won’t have much time to exercise. Most of them are becoming disappointed because their figures are becoming ruined as days go by. If you are working in an office, too many works to do and many deadlines to beat will sometimes leave you without any time to go to the gym or any workout center to work out your way fitness.

Well, worry no more because there are simple exercises which you can do while you are inside the workplace. Below are four moves that you can make while sitting on your office chair:

1. Try to move your buttocks away from your chair for 10 minutes while keeping up the sitting position. Repeat this movement for every two hours. This will help you burn fats in your hips, thighs and legs. You can keep up with whatever you are typing while doing this.

2. Slowly sprain your waist. Try to create big circles if it’s possible while drawing back your abdomen. This will improve the appearance of your tummy and your waist will be smaller as time goes by.

3. Stretch one of your legs upward and hold it for a few seconds; then, place it down slowly. Do the same thing with your other leg. Repeat these movements for several times, alternating each leg. By doing this, you will achieve slimmer and sexier legs in just a matter of days.

4. Tiptoe and hold your feet in that position for a matter of seconds. 20 seconds to be exact. Do this repeatedly to trim down your shank.

5. Do some arm stretching exercises. They will help you shape up your arms even when you are busy at work. You can do these exercises from time to time.

6. With your hands on your side, bend forward until your fists reach the floor. Repeat the motion as many times as you can to flatten up your tummy.

7. Tighten up your stomach and hold it for a few seconds before you release it. Repeat this motion several times to cultivate your tummy.

8. Shadow boxing while sitting on your chair is not a hard thing to do. Sit up straight and start with the blows. They will trim down your arms.

9. You can do a lot of things with dumbbells. You can lift them up while you’re sitting on your chair.

You can do these moves in between working activities. Let’s say while waiting for your computer to start up, while walking your way to the filing cabinet and so on.

Aside from doing the stuffs that are mentioned above, another thing that can help you maintain your figure and stay fit in spite of your busy working schedules is to minimize the use of elevators. If you will have to go to other floors, use the stairs instead to build a better stamina. Not unless there’s going to be a big distance involved.
