King Solomon's Death was ordinary in the Bible:

In the Bible (King James Version), all of the following kings had died normally and the Bible used the verb "slept" referring to their ordinary death.

1 Kings 2:10
10] So David slept with his fathers, and was buried in the city of David.

2 Chronicles 9:31
31] And Solomon slept with his fathers, and he was buried in the city of David his father:

1 Kings 11:43
43] And Solomon slept with his fathers, and was buried in the city of David his father:

2 Chronicles 12:16
16] And Rehoboam slept with his fathers, and was buried in the city of David:

2 Chronicles 14:1
1] So Abijah slept with his fathers, and they buried him in the city of David:

2 Chronicles 27:9
9] And Jotham slept with his fathers, and they buried him in the city of David:

It is interesting that Solomon's death is mentioned twice in the Bible while the death of his father David is mentioned once!
On the other hand, the Noble Quran does not mention the death of any of those Kings save Solomon.
This is because King Solomon's death was unique and astonishing!
Peace is upon him and Allah blessed him, He lived an extraordinary life and his death was amazing too!
=========

King Solomon's Death was Miraculous in the Quran:

Surah (Chapter) 34:14

14] "and when we decreed (Solomon's) death, they had no indication that he was dead and nothing showed them his death except a little creeping creature of the earth, which kept (slowly) gnawing away at his staff (his wooden stick or rod or Scepter): so when he fell down, the Jinn saw plainly that if they had known the unseen, they would not have tarried in the humiliating penalty (of their task)."
-----------

This verse indicates that when Allah decreed death for him, Solomon died and remained standing and supported against his retreat (staff) for a year, while the jinn continued to toil in hard labour as was customary, unaware of his death.
What showed his death? Nothing showed the death of Solomon to them save a little creeping creature of the earth; which may be the wood eater bacteria or fungi or the termite which slowly gnawed away his staff; which is said: his wooden stick, rod, Scepter or spear. Then Solomon fell to the ground.
What was the wisdom of this kind of death?
And when Solomon fell to the ground the Jinn and human beings saw clearly that they do not know the unseen, if they had known the unseen, they would not have continued in despised toil and they would not have continued in their subservience. People thought before this that the Jinn knew the unseen but when they saw this they realized that they did not.
In other words, it became apparent to the jinn that if they had they known the Unseen - comprising what was hidden from them in the way of Solomon being dead - they would not have continued in the humiliating chastisement, in that hard labour of theirs, in which they continued as they supposed him to be alive, which is in contrast to what they would have supposed had they known the Unseen and the fact that he had been there an entire year, judging by how much of the staff the little creeping creature of the earth had eaten through after his death; i.e., they would not have continued in the humiliating chastisement for a single day or even a single night.
=========

It is amazing that the Quran declares these facts about King Solomon's Death and the wisdom of his Miraculous Death that was unknown for one year.
On the other hand, King Solomon's Death was ordinary in the Bible.

Back to the main issue of my series of articles; this is my question to you smart readers: "Is the Quran quoted from the Bible?"
By the way, the disbelieved ignorant Arabs stated that the Quran quoted from the Bible more than 1400 years ago! (Read my article about chapter 25).
