The answer doe NOT lie in the hands of large Pharmaceutical companies, they are only making drugs to mask the root problems, and usually those drugs cause other long term side effects. We need to look at this from the root problem, nutrition.

There are hundreds of articles written on migraine relief, I know I have read many of them, and one says you are lacking in Magnesium, a mineral our body needs. Other reports state that we lack Vitamin B-6 and B-12, which if you are trying to get them in the foods you eat, good luck. What about the famous Vitamin E, we all know the benefits to hair and skin from it. Our favorite cold fighter, Vitamin C is another reportedly that we lack, and the newest research show us that nearly all of us lack Vitamin D. So, who is correct? Well, they all are, we are Vitamin and Mineral deficient in most these areas, so, I will have to say they are all partially correct.

You might be asking yourself how does this relate to migraines and the answer is, from my own personal experience, migraines can be caused by poor nutrition. That's why each study is partially correct, you may be lacking in many of those areas. Now, who can eat 2 oranges per day to get the Vitamin C needed, most of us can, but what about 62 ounces of cheddar cheese to get enough Vitamin B-12, or 55 eggs to get enough Vitamin D3 and the list goes on from there.

Now we just need to give our body the proper nutrition, and the best form to be absorbable is liquid. Many studies show that when taking a pill supplement, only 20-30% is ever absorbed. The product may contain 100% of what your body needs, but it just can't break it down to a usable form.

You may be wondering why I am so passionate about helping you with your migraines, well I lived a migraine sufferer for 23 years before we finally discovered how to eliminate his headaches and he has been ‘headache free' for over 2 years. That's what I would like for you to be able to say, too. What a real blessing these last 2 years have been.

Nutrition plays a major role in migraines, as well as most health issues. Learn to feed your body correctly and see the benefits for yourself.
