DID YOU KNOW?

Mostly everyone that I have talked to this month have expressed their frustration with managing paper.  It seems that everyone has piles everywhere!

I'd like to share some tips with you that will help you manage your paper and ease your stress -

1.  Have a shredder handy.

2.  Gather up all of your papers (and I mean all of them).  Go throughout the house and gather everything.

3.  Sort through your papers and shred anything and everything that you don't need to keep.  This should cut your pile in half – at a minimum.

4.  Set up a filing system for the rest of your papers.  Keep it simple…a Basic file, i.e. Credit Card statements, Household bills, To Do, Follow-up, etc.

5.  File the rest of your papers.  You really don't need a "file" for absolutely everything.  This becomes too daunting trying to get it all filed.  The main idea of this project is to be able to know where to look for your paperwork.  You will still be able to find it, I promise!

6.  Set aside time each week to follow-up with this process.  It seems too simple doesn't it…That is my philosophy the K.I.S.S. method…Keep It Simple and Silly!

It will be well worth your time and effort.  The key is to have this system available and handy.  You don't have to have an expensive filing cabinet.  Just a simple box from your local Target, Wal-Mart or local paper supply store will work fine.

My new detailed File It – Find It FAST System is coming out on a CD within the next 2 weeks.  Watch our website, tweets and FB for the details to get it FREE!
