Treadmill

This is good for toning the legs and the calves. Women can perform these if they have the treadmill equipment. Jogging, hiking and cycling are good leg toning exercises for women in the absence of a treadmill.

Alternate dumbbell curl

It improves the muscle tone of the arms and biceps. You should do the exercise slowly and maintain a good posture. Push ups
