If you're like me, the word "alkalize" is probably a new term for your vocabulary. In fact, using Yahoo's search volume, the term "alkalize" and its related keywords have very little volume on the internet. But there is a trend to prove that more people are searching for this keyword.
I stumbled across this term through a loving mother who is always searching for ways to improve her and others lives. Through her research and applied understanding, a knowledge of living-alkalized came to fruition. Her example led me to do the same and to do some research.
The term alkalize, or better yet, alkaline, can be defined as: a water condition have a PH of 7 or higher. (thank you Webster's Dictionary). You might remember from high school, or college science classes, the PH scale measures the acidity or alkalinity of a substance. The scale is ranges from a 0 to a 14. With the number 0 being the most acidic substances (ie. Hydrochloric acid) and the number 14 being the most alkalized (basic) substances (ie. Sodium hydroxide). Its not my intent to go deep into the science of PH, I only want to remind us all of the scale and how it is used

The secret to the healthy life-style is to eat the necessary food to keep your body at the magical number of 7.365. Yes this number is to the thousandths decimal which means it's a very exact number. All you need to do is replace your acidic-based foods with alkaline rich foods, such as avocados, lemons, almonds and much more.

You'll find the easiest way to get started to order an alkaline based drink. Now you can drink differently to compensate the eat differently part of life, which most of us struggle with anyways. No more soda, less alcohol, limited sugar, all help make your body more alkaline and feeling healthy. You'll have less bad breath, more energy, better bowel movements and a greater feeling of health.
