Falling asleep sometimes is the hardest thing to do, especially if you're stressed. I had this problem and have tried many old wives tales, potion and pills but still could not sleep. Learning about my restlessness, a Thai friend of mine suggested trying Pillow Mist. So I thought I would try, it as I had nothing to lose. My friend described the pillow mist as a soothing fragrance to spray on your sheets and pillows before bedtime or as a way to refresh your home.

I sprayed my pillows and duvet before I went to sleep and for the first time in a long while – a fell peacefully to sleep. I found myself using a bottle a month - a great value for a night of deep sleep. It doesn't stain the fabric or mess up the colors of your bedding, which is nice.
Here in Thailand, we have many different aromatherapy scents that we can buy and currently we as a family are using white tea, kasalong (which is a flower found in northern Thailand) and Frangipani pillow mists. When you lay your head on the pillow it starts relaxing you straight away. It really does help me get to sleep much quicker than I would without it. I also find that I do not wake up as much, except for the occasional toilet break, but I find it easy to get back to sleep again. I also found the smell is not over powering and it does not take your breath away and make you cough. It has a real soothing power and makes you feel really relaxed and it really does help you get a good night's sleep.

Well, I can't be sure that it was the pillow spray that helped me sleep; it may have been coincidence, but the fragrance was lovely and it did help me to relax so I shall be using it on a regular basis from now on. I have been so impressed with pillow mist we now stock them in our shop and are currently trying out new aromatherapy scents. So come and visit our online store for some great natural Thai aromatherapy oils and scents.

So if you suffer from insomnia or just feel stressed and want to try a natural approach to getting a great night's sleep, why not try a pillow mist.
