Specialist technology facilities enable it to offer advanced courses in art, textiles, graphics, resistant materials, and electronics. Rated outstanding in many areas by the Office for Standards in Education (Ofsted), the school is a popular choice for students in the area. At West Bridgford School, Prestige travels nearly a metre from the upper level foyer down to the theatre, allowing children with disabilities to overcome a short flight of steps. Simple ergonomic controls allow users to operate the lift independently, and a hands free intercom unit means they can call for assistance if required.
