This can work wonders when it comes to healing Ocd and clearing the condition. 4) Getting medical help Although a lot of people are afraid of anti-depressant medication for one reason or another, if at the moment you are very overwhelmed by what you are feeling in your life and Ocd is really getting on top of you, I think it's not a bad idea to take medication for a while until you can manage to free yourself of the emotions that are bothering you at the minute. This gives you time and space to move, so you can find the help that you need.
