Many speakers have good command in their subject and they present their thoughts well with advance planning. Often sudden changes perturbed them. These unavoidable changes may arise on the spot or with short notice.

Presentation Time: Pre-planned morning session (while maximum audience attention is expected) for presentation is suddenly changed to after lunch session (most drowsy) by the organizers. Relevant jokes or lighter part of the presentation material shall be used for keeping audience awake.

Change in Facts: Many times, some facts are changed within the gap between presentation preparation and actual presentation time. Until these changes are not incorporated, audience can’t be attracted. For example, any recent changes in government policies, latest national or international news in concern to the presentation topic, etc need to be considered during presentation.
