Whether you have experienced panic attacks or have seen other people experiencing it, you will wish that you are protect forever from panic attacks. The thing is, panic attacks are unpredictable and can happen to anybody without warning and it can leave you shock and stunned from the experience. Here are 5 ways in preventing panic attacks and reduce the chances of you from experiencing it.

Exercise
Exercise is a well-known method in helping us reduce and remove excess of toxins from our body. When we eat too much meat and poultry, it creates excess of lactic acid in our body and brain. Lactic acid is suspected to be the cause of panic attacks. It is one of the stimulant that keeps us alert, active and restless.

Diet
As mentioned above, exercise is a way to remove excess of toxins from our body, another option we have is to consume less of the toxins. This includes balancing out the pH in our brains and body by eating less acid producing food and more alkaline producing food that has calming effect to keep our nerves calm, healthy and steady.

Emotional support
Support is important for us to help us overcome any types of problems. Without support, we can easily fail. So, build your relationships right now and create a strong bond so that when you are in need of help, people will be there to help you. Same goes for panic attacks and one way of preventing panic attacks is to have strong relationships. Strong and healthy relationships keeps us happy and healthy emotionally and mentally.Even if we have panic attacks, we can easily pick ourselves up quickly when we have strong support around us.

Being occupied
People gets depress and anxious when they have nothing much to do and are usually left restless. On worse case scenarios, people suffers from anxiety and it can also contributes to panic attacks. This is often seen when people get out of job. Their internal worries become worse and they suffers panic attacks. The way of preventing panic attacks is to keep a line of things we like to do so that when we are being stopped from doing something, we still have many other choices of things to keep us busy and occupied.

Psychotherapy
Cognitive behavioral therapy is not only meant for people who suffers panic attacks. It is also not meant as a tool in preventing panic attacks because it is effective enough to cure a person completely from panic attacks. When you pick the method from CBT, you can apply it and used it to strengthen your mental health. That way, you have a clear mindset and not easily influence on the mental stage by negativity such as negative thoughts, which is common in panic attacks. CBT is a useful psychologist recommended skill that is very valuable for yourself and also to help someone in anxiety and panic attacks.
