So you decided you want toquit smoking, huh? Good for you! That is probably one of themost important decisions you will make in your life. When you decided to quit smoking, your body begins the long (but beneficial) process of heeling itself from the damage you have put it through.
Smoker's bodies go through hell and back. Here is how a smoker's body looks/feels:
