Achievers do not hesitate when they make mistakes because they feel inferior; they are simply busy making more mistakes and becoming superior. To learn from our failure we have to have the right attitude. The best way to leave is to learn from mistakes of other and not our mistakes, this will help us to move ahead and avoid mistakes we would ordinarily have made.
Opportunities often times disguise itself as obstacles- this is why most people don't recognize them. The greater the size of an obstacle we face in life, the better the opportunity. Always look out for positive things you can do. Always look out for challenges you could proffer solution to, as this makes you better and positions you on ladder of success.
Discipline is the only difference between those who have achieved continued success and endless failure. Anyone who has accomplished great things has never done so without discipline. People without discipline try to do everything but commit themselves to nothing. Lack of consistency is poor discipline.
Discipline is being focused. It takes self-control, sacrifice and avoiding distractions and temptations. Consistency is very important in every Endeavour. The more you commit yourself to a particular venture the more you get better mastery of the rudiments of every part of it.

It is important to know, the more you strive to learn more in your area of Endeavour, and the better you are knowledgeable at things that lead to excellence.
Knowledge is power- the better you are at it, the better your chances of succeeding. One who thinks he knows everything knows nothing. Therefore, humility with a strong desire for knowledge is crucial towards achieving greatness in everything.
In all things, a courageous purpose is the key to all success. Desire is what made paralytic Wilma Rudolph, the fastest woman on the track at the 1960 Olympics, to win three gold medals. When people lack purpose and direction, they see no opportunity. If you have desire to accomplish something, you know the direction to move to achieve your objective, have the dedication to stay focused and have the discipline required to put in the hard work, then, excellence follows.
Wishes don't come through, but beliefs and expectations supported by conviction do. Courage and character are the critical combination for success. The ability to marry courage to forget fears and overcome obstacles and character of justice and integrity make the magic with a clear and well-defined purpose.
Always plan to win and not to lose; learn from other people's mistake; mingle with people of high moral character; always think long term; evaluate your strengths, build on them; never compromise your integrity and often keep the larger picture in mind when making decisions.
