If you are looking for a glowing bright skin .You should not believe that you have to spend so much money on products and treatments .I'm not saying no need for it but it doesn't come at the first priority .So what you should do first:

  1. Have a good sleep but without going to bed to really or wake up too late..
  2. Drink enough plenty of water but this point is very critical:
  • for every 30 kg of your body weight you need 1 liter of water
  • Don't drink all water at a time..it will make for you a big tummy...
  • drink it before eating ok -after eating  1 hr at least.

3.Breath from your heals ..That's sounds strange for you isn't it ?? ok try now to take you deep breath from you heals and feel the deference..

4.Relax every day after working day or any stress at least 15 mints in a quite place without thinking about any thing except your peace of mind feeling.

5.Skip smoking and alcohol both of them are taking you to be like an old human being at 30th .

6.eat vegetables fruits .Select those who has a lot of fibers.

7.Eat your salad at the end of your meal ..

8.Take oil fish capsols every day.3 times recommended and check with your doctor

Mask  of the week for firm young skin:

Cleopatra mask: for body and face:

Ingredients:

White floor + Honey +Rose water

Preparing the mask:

Mix 2 smll spoons of honey with 1 table spoon of white floor and put some drops of rose water untill it becomes like a baste.

Mask application:

-You need to clean your skin first (neck and face) with a cleansing milk

Then tonic.

-Now you can apply the mask to your entire face and neck .you can apply around the eye area without contacting with the eyes .

-Leave it until dry .

-Rinse with warm water.

-Spray some rose water in your face.

-Apply you favorite moisturizer .

And enjoy the baby face feeling.

Just try this and you will see significant changes
