Have you found yourself day dreaming about a fight or angry argument with your husband? Woman tend to think deeply about their argument or fights, living the scene over and over again, presenting their side and even shouting (in their imagination or for real!) about their husband.

In part 1 of this article, we have discussed about the distractive influences this drifting in imagination can have on your emotions and your marriage. This can happen of course to any one after an emotional storm like a fight or an argument but the problem is when we get "addicted" to our angers.

In the end of part 1, we have also asked

"What to do then?"

Well the answer is simple. Pay your attention to your thoughts and deal with them.

Here is how

Whenever find yourself drifted away in your imagination, try to find a private place (or a place that is so public that no one will notice) and start talking to yourself out laud.

Do not worry about how you might look, the fact that you are talking to you self out laud does not mean that you are crazy! Many known and famous people have used this exact method in order to concentrate their thought.

Say these things

  • Tell yourself (out laud, I remind you…) - "I know that I am drifting away in my imagination, and I know that this is not good for me".

  • Now say "I know that I am dining things will not help me solve my problems, and there for it is better for me to imagine and to thing about other things".

This statement will help you get away from the "loop" you just entered in your head, and will help you calm down.

If you will also day out laud that "my husband is a good man and we will get over our difference", you will start developing a new motivation and optimism.

Pay attention

This is not "child play" or some magic or some spiritual nonsense of some sort.

This is a powerful, proven and effective way to "take the wheel" about your emotions, behavior and your general approach, and this can make a huge difference in your ability to cope with things.

Speaking out laud to yourself in a friendly supportive manner, and you will see that you can control and aim your emotions thought and feelings.

Of course there are many other things that you can do in order to help you get your marriage back on track, and bring you happiness and security again.

Relationships/marriage are the most Common reason for happiness or misery.
