/?030710" Ringing In Your Ears Myth

Unfortunately for people who suffer from ringing ears regularly, there is no instant cure for tinnitus, no magic pill or syrup that will get rid of the irritating ringing seconds after application or ingestion. The tinnitus formula that you hear a lot about is just a myth, and are basically giving you expectations that they cannot or will not even try to meet. Read on if you want to know more about these unfair myths that are designed to take advantage of desperate and uninformed tinnitus sufferers.Ringing In Your Ears Myth

The "magic" tinnitus formula myth

People, particularly those desperate for a cure, are easily buoyed by formulae or drinks that promise to cure some kind of disease or ailment instantly. This is why a lot of shady manufacturers and fly by night companies decide to invest in these ineffective, and sometimes plainly fake, medicines and use it to cheat people out of their money. This practice is very common and has been around for a long time, but it still works.

When it comes to tinnitus formula, the myth usually involves medicines that have one or more, or any combination of the following ingredients:: vitamins A, B complexes including B12, C, E, garlic, Gingko Biloba, GABA, magnesium, and melatonin.

While some of these ingredients DO help alleviate the pain and the ringing, the effects are negligible, and not worth the exacerbated prices that these magic cures usually command. You should also be aware that when mixed together, or on their own, some of these ingredients have unwanted side effects. For example, GABA and Gingko Biloba may affect the digestive system. Vitamin B12 is also a nutrient that should not be taken in massive doses unless you are clinically deficient in it. /?030710" Ringing In Your Ears Myth

Although some of these miracle formulae may show minimal results, it is still better to resort to cheaper methods, such as altering your diet and lifestyle completely. Doing this not only makes it easier on your wallet, but may actually prove to be more effective. It is better than developing unrealistic expectations from a tinnitus medication only to be disappointed once you realize that the so-called tinnitus formula is not as effective as the label says.

How to cure your tinnitus for real

People who are having problems with tinnitus will also suffer from a minor case of hearing loss. This is irreversible, but luckily, the cases are a dime-a-dozen and not everyone who suffers from tinnitus will develop long term hearing loss.

As for avoiding the condition entirely, there is a wide range of lifestyle and dietary factors that can lead to tinnitus. Your favorite food and even the toothpaste you use right now could contain chemicals that promote tinnitus, and even obvious ones like constant exposure to loud noises can intensify tinnitus cases.

The good news, is that while there is no magical instant cure for tinnitus, it is possible to treat and alleviate by making an effort in changing your lifestyle and consulting a qualified physician. The results will not come instantly, but there will be results and you can finally say goodbye to the ringing in your ears. /?030710" Ringing In Your Ears Myth
