- It is indeed true that fall in relationships wipes off every pint of happiness and nothing seems to fall back to normal again. But this doesn't last for eternity. Only if you know what to do. Firstly you should simply give up the idea of patching up or try to throw cards to bend luck in your favor. You know a broken glass can be repaired but the cracks remain. And easier it is for it to shatter to pieces again. Being sanguine that your ex will come back is the cause of pain-retention. The later realisation that your hopes were futile is another dagger plunged in your body. Ouch it hurts!! You should accept the decision made by your ex.
- Secondly accpet things the way they are. Life isn't a hurdle-less route. Feeling that you have been badly hurt will only hurt you even more. Life continues, you just need to change your attitude.
- Get rid of everything that reminds you of your ex and the past associated with him/her. Adherence of that page to your life-book will only urge you to look back, so why not tear the page off? Yes!
- When in relationship the person throws over his family and friends believeing the world is restricted to the individual he's enamored for. However, they are great support who stick with you when you need them the most. Spend quality time with them so let go the nostelgic memories that might rise by being alone.
- Get into fun activities to shape up yourself. Sports, gym, dance help you meet people and rebuild confidence.
- Hence in summation i would only say that it is not wise enough to let one person dictate your whole life. You can't tether someone with you but you surely can be the leader of your mind, your emotions. Get up and re-live your life. You get to live for once, if you make a good out of it once is enough.
