For years now, women with big breasts have been seeking thesafest ways of breast size reduction. There are many disadvantages brought by having bigger breast size. Among these are grooves in the shoulders from bra straps, constant back pains and neck pains.

Women with bigger breasts are also having problems enjoying the physical sports that they love. This is because they can’t move around comfortably. Also, finding the right size and types of clothes to make them comfortable can also be hard for them.

Surgeons and cosmetic surgery experts are claiming that the best and safe way to reduce the breast size is through breast reduction surgery. However, those who can’t afford them just won’t buy it. Not to mention the fact that there are lots of negative feedbacks on surgeries like these. Hence, they are resorting to natural methods of reducing breast sizes which involves non-surgical methods. They are as follows;

•Exercise– it has been proven that exercising is the best way to sculpt your body. And experts are also claiming that regular exercise is the best way to shape up and sculpt your breasts as well. Hence, it can help in breast size reduction.

•Losing Weight– since breasts sizes are usually affected by body fats, weight loss programs are also a great way to reduce breast size. By following a weight lose program, the volume of the tissue around the breast areas can be easily decreased. But, even without a complex weight loss program, you can still lose some weight. You just have to eat right. Trying to be on a vegetarian diet will help as you can avoid taking in synthetic and fatty foods.

•Breast Reduction Pills– probably the most popular among the safest ways of breast size reduction is by taking breast reduction pills. These are supplements that can help in reducing breast size as it works directly on the breast tissue to lower the amount of fats around the breasts. Through this, the size of your breast will be greatly reduced.
