Allergies can strike you anytime. It is one of the few instant attacks that can affect your daily activities. Do's when taking Allegra
• When taking the tablet, make sure you drink this with clear water. Do not attempt to drink this with any juice or sodas as it may have some chemical reaction in your body.

• Open the Allegra tablet with dry hands. Wet hands will leave residue and disintegrate the tablet. Make sure you keep the tablet intact and dissolve it in your mouth.
• It is advisable that you take the tablet one hour before meal. If you already had your meal and still need to take it, you can at least wait two hours before taking one. It is effective in an empty stomach.
Fexofenadine is also known to treat skin itching and symptoms of the common and seasonal allergies. When taking other medical drugs, make sure you refer this to your doctor as fexofenadine can react to other substances. Pregnant women should also be careful in taking this and consult their doctors about a safer way to take anti allergies.
Consult your doctor immediately if you experience unusual Allegra side effects such as drowsiness, chill, fever, cough and even flu. If you feel difficulty in breathing, swelling of lips and throat after taking fexofenadine, consult this immediately to a doctor.
If you have a weak immune system, this kind of medicine can give you minor effects such as back pain, headache, diarrhea, nausea and upset stomach. They should go away as soon as the medicine takes effect. Again, if you feel something unusual other than those mentioned, consult your doctor.
