Self-esteem is important because we can not dispute that. More importantly, what exactly is self esteem? What are the components? And how can you improve it? I have a good self-image? How do I compare to the past? This form of self-worth is really only associated with the positive aspects of self-esteem! The third aspect isdependenceself-esteem. This is what most people seek. This comes from external successes, compliments and comparing yourself with others who are less than you. A high self-esteem creates all kinds of positive emotions, but also jealousy, aggression and other fluctuating emotions. This is because thedependenceself-esteem can be easily damaged, and therefore it must be defended. Each human being has all three forms of self-esteem. It is wise to work onunconditionalself-esteem andindependentself-esteem forms mentioned here, because they produce the most positive effects.
