It often comes to my mind that if there is God,he must be existing before first man walked on this earth because it is obvious that God created man if one is a believer.Now that brings us to next situation when man must have first learnt to speak.It is scientifically proven that man was first using sign language,and then verbal languages evolved. Around 5000 years ago,Lord Krishna is supposed to have given his sermons in form of Bhagwad Geeta but they were originally in Sanskrit and that is a language hardly spoken nowadays.So either Gods are also learning modern languages to keep pace with the devotees or it is that he understands only the language of heart which is universal in nature , from time immemorial,spoken by all and understand by all Gods,be it Allah,Christ,Nanak or Krishna.And this language is spoken in form of a prayer.What you pray,how you pray is not important as long as you pray from heart. Your prayer must be pure and honest,like a son speaks to his father and he will definitely listen.Prayer must be in solitude and in complete silence.If it comes from heart,i can assure you it will reach him and then you will see the effect.Prayer has a healing effect too on your inner self as you dissolve all the egos,pride,anger,jealousy,hatred as you sit in front of your God with eyes closed and prayer on your lips.If you are not doing it,start doing it from today.
