There are several signs that you might have yeast infection.Yeast infections are not limited to one area or one type of person. Anybody can get an yeast infection once in their life, and that even to be their fault, as some may think. The infections may be a one-time occurrence or they can return periodically, sometimes months or years later. The reason for growing so easily of yeast fungus, is because the yeast is in our bodies all the time, but the infections will grow when they find the right environment.

Some of the symptoms that you may have yeast infection are pain during intercourse or sexual problems, signs of early aging, some grey colored discharged from the vagina and foul vaginal odor, urinary problems with often pain, depression or changing mood often, irritability, stomach pain after eating, rashes that don't go away, muscle aches and pains, pain in your joints or swelling, pain in the hands, hips and knees, trouble paying attention and focusing on tasks, frequents severe headaches or migraines, acne, sinus and other respiratory infections, blurry vision, problems learning new things, jumpy legs and various lesions in the skin.

There are even more signs that you might have candida which you should not ignore them, and besides thinking to see a doctor, a good thing is to think a little bit of your lifestyle, as only the drugs will not solve the problems for long terms.More exactly, you maybe will get rid of yeast infection for short term, but will not be a solution for longer times, especially when it is becoming chronic.

Normally, yeast infection is considered to be chronic when it is occurring at least four times a year. Yeast infection is very easy to be mistaken with other kind of infections,so is better to go to see a doctor if you are not sure about the cause of infection.

Yeast infections can be cured pretty easily and you can take simple actions to prevent it and treat it by changing your lifestyle and the food you eat. Learning good hygiene and putting it into practice can help you stay away from getting yeast infections. The problem is that most of the people are ashamed talking about yeast infection and thus, taking action to cure it. But it is nothing to be ashamed of, as everyone can be susceptible of getting one. However, knowing how to spot signs of yeast infections and methods to cure it, you can be ahead of others and don't feel embarrassed.
