If you are among those who prefer safer alternatives that are also less expensive, you should know that simple and easy breast enhancing exercises are among some of the non-surgical options that you can consider.

For a start, you can do push-up exercises to realise a perkier bustline and these can be varied depending on how fit you are. When lying down, face down and place your palms on the floor. Then gradually push your body up while keeping your lower body straight. Do this every day for at least 5 to 10 times and slowly increase the repetition when you become better at it. Secondly, extending and strengthening your back can help you maintain a good posture and avoid making your bosom appear smaller than they really are. This exercise requires you to lie down (facing down) with straightened legs. Starting with your arms over your head, you then simultaneously lift one arm and the opposing leg. Do not move your head, nor bend your knees / elbows while holding for at least ten seconds. After this, do the same for the other arm / leg combination.

Next, you can firm up your breasts and upper body (including the arms) by using some weights to carry out bench press exercises.
