Hair as a part of our bodies plays an essential role in our daily life. For ladies, it is important to take care of their long hair. You know hair is frail, hence we shall pay more attention to it. Then the question comes : Whether we should tied up our long hair while we are sleeping?

For many ladies who maintain that it will be uncomfortable with hair tied up in sleep. Besides they are scared in case it damages the hair. With loose hair they can have a better sleep. Others consider loose hair may cause some trouble, such as next morning it will be hard to make the hair smooth. And it is incovenient to use ghd hair straighteners for creating hair styles. To same extent,it is a waste of precious and tight morning time for many office ladies.

Is there any methods can make the best of both worlds? Of course, yes! If you want to wake up knot-free,you can use a low, loose ponytail before going to bed. Or you can
try tie in the centre of your head,in fact, tying at the top of the head is best,do as this it won't disturb you sleep. In addition, there is one thing toremember: don't use the rubber. For it will cause friction breakage and damage to the cuticle layer of the hair. At the same time, the other thing to keep in mind is the possibility of tension alopecia or hair loss caused by pulling the hair too tight for too long. Other than that, there's no real problem with sleeping with your hair tied up; it can be a great shortcut to getting a bit of bend in the hair.
