For example, you can tell them that based on the policy, anyone who produce low quality products are expected to go back to training. Explain the policy thoroughly. Talk about its effect to the business and to your clients. Ensure that your subordinate understand this fully.

4. Offer training or seminars. Help your subordinates perform better by giving them the information, assistance, and tools that they need. For example, if they are having a hard time communicating with customers and co-workers, offer them with training programs or seminars that can help them enhance their communication skills.

5. Praise your team. Don't forget to commend these people if they've done something extraordinary or if they have gone out of their way speed up the learning process. This can surely motivate them to perform better in the future.
