All smokers know that the smoking effects are always to injure almost each organ in the human body. If you think well what causes cancer, you will understand that one of the the major influencing factors of cancer is smoking. It will be highly lamentable to know that smoking effects on lungs are detrimental to health. This happens as your lungs get damaged proportionally with the intake volume of smoke. Whenever you have a puff, the cells lining the tiny air passages in your lungs are irritated. Your body responds to such irritation by producing mucus which is identified as smoker's cough. If this was the only problem to your body caused by smoking, you have more chance to be free from smoking health risks. It cannot be denied that the lungs are the most delicate internal organ in your body. It's known to all that smoking and lung cancer are closely related. Healthy lungs are occupied tiny channels and storage chambers of air. During the breathing process, these air chambers are filled with inhaled oxygen. The compressed oxygen in the chambers is pumped to the red blood cells, and the carbon dioxide is expelled from the lungs as you breathe out. This mini cyclic function is executed more than 16,000 times a day. There are thousands of tiny hair-like filaments that are called cilia. The function of the cilia is to sweep off the impurities and sediments right out of the chambers. This way, the chambers are kept continually clear. When you breathe in, harming toxins and chemicals in smoke are inhaled. If you are an occasional smoker, the lung care would be a simple thing for you as the cilia can do the work easily. But if you are a heavy smoker, many of the tiny cilia are damaged, and the cleaning process is affected. Over time, the toxins of smoke start blocking the tiny air chambers. There is a good chance that you develop bad smoking effects on lungs. Every time you have a puff, the throat is irritated forming mucus in the chambers. In addition to this excess production of mucus, a large amount of tar and chemicals can occupy the chambers. At this stage, the lung repair after smoking becomes more complex. So, you have to find a solution if you have cough as one of the bad effects of habitual smoking. You can solve your problem by following a simple combination of food supplements and vitamins. You can rinse the poisons out of your lungs and flush them out of your body faster than your body can do biologically. If you are a heavy smoker, there is a good chance that you entertain symptoms of lung cancer. The effects of lung cancer are very bad.
