Looking for home insomnia remedies? You're tired of not getting sleep, and you want to try something now to get the rest you need. Here are some of the home insomnia remedies I have tried that work great:

-Take a Warm Bath: This will make your body feel very relaxed. Use some bath salts, and use a combination of one cup of Epsom salt and one cup of baking soda. This will help get rid of toxins

-Get a Massage: Have someone give you a full body massage just before you go to sleep. Not possible? A short backrub or a face and scalp massage could do the trick as well.

-Listen to Music: Put on some tunes that are soft and soothing.

-Drink Some Warm Milk: Warm milk 15 minutes before bed is on of the more common home insomnia remedies, but also one of the most effective. What it will do is soothe your nervous system. The calcium in milk works directly on your anxious nerves, helping them and you to relax. You can also try herbal tea if you do not like milk, or are trying to avoid products containing dairy. You can often find a special blend of herbal tea at health food stores which will help give you more sleep
