What happens if you suddenly start to sense that your man is losing interest in you ? Should you confront him and try and work through his shift of feelings by talking about what needs to change? This seems like a great approach but the problem is that many men, when they start to realize that their falling out of love with their woman, just don't want to deal with it directly. You'll stand a much better chance of keeping the relationship together and having him fall deeper in love with you by taking a different approach.

The very best thing you can do when you feel your man is losing interest in you is to give him even more space. As women we tend to panic if we feel that we're on the brink of losing the man of our dreams. That's why we'll do things like pressuring him to tell us how he feels, calling him continuously to ensure he still wants to talk and trying to spend as much time as possible with him. If you do this your man is going to feel cornered and smothered. Instead give him some space. Busy yourself with your own life. Do things that you enjoy doing and let him have some time to think about what he's feeling. The reason this approach is so effective is that it creates a scenario in which he can start to miss you. That's exactly what you want him to be feeling.

Another of the steps to take if your man is losing interest in you is to be a little distant emotionally. This may seem like you're playing a game but your happy future with your man is at stake. If you pull back he's going to sit up and take notice, just as you have when he's pulled back. Don't be too obvious about it though. A good way to do this is to start treating him more as a friend and less as a lover. He'll notice the shift before long and it will plant a seed of doubt in his mind about just how devoted to him you really are.
