Since the beginning of recorded history mankind has been making efforts to find a method to retard the aging process.  Aging is an insidious development slowing advancing until you have started having memory lapses, physical ailments, wrinkled skin and grey hair.  Throughout time, people have yearned to return to their younger state.  As Anti Aging Longevity Science has progressed into the modern era we have just now started to make a substantial amount of progress.

Biological aging is very variable at best.  The winners in the genetic gene pool do age somewhat more slowly than others without the inherited traits of longevity.  By observation, we also see there are environmental factors that cause premature aging beyond the genetic factors.

One such observed item is excessive stress.  Moreover, many scientists put the blame on the stress hormone which is termed as "cortisol". Unfortunately, the cortisol inflicts damage on the hypothalamus which is responsible for regulating the good hormones for the body.  While most of our hormones decrease with age, cortisol increase and further decreases our reduced hormones.

Cells which are mainly responsible for generating new tissues get damaged whenever they are exposed to various pollutants.  As older cells die and newer ones that have had genetic damage caused by the pollutants split to replace them, the replacement cells no longer have the integrity of the original cell. Eventually, and prematurely the damaged cells will no longer replicate.

Each cell in the body takes on a two fold role of a "pump" and a "filter". It acts as a pump by letting in fuel for the cells while allowing waste products to exit. This Membrane Theory of Aging has the theory that, over time, these processes of accepting fuel and of expelling wastes or toxins becomes less efficient which then leads to aging.  These toxin build-ups are more likely to occur in the lungs, heart, and skin.  This seems to lend credibility to the typical person having complications within these areas of the human body.

The most widely-accepted reasons behind the aging process is the Free Radical Theory. This theory believes that highly reactive chemicals known as free radicals are responsible for breaking down tissues into a very degenerative state. Generally present in mild quantities, these free radicals are quite helpful to the human body. However, in excessive amounts they can inflict substantial damage. These free radicals have the capability to extract electrons from other molecules. Often times, free electrons tend to make this electron exchange on a continuous basis so that the cells that have the responsibility for maintaining the equilibrium of molecules simply exhaust themselves.

As scientist gained a better understanding of the aging process, they have made substantial progress in slowing down aging. Regarding nutrition, one must opt to consume healthier food such as fruits and vegetables.  Snacks should be high in protein to aid hormone performance. Taking in Vitamin C, a water soluble and Vitamin E a fat soluble supplement can also slow down this process.

In the early part of the 1990's, Dr. Daniel Rudman proved that HGH had the potential to actually reverse aging.  The original research showed the regeneration of the internal organs.

The proof was obtained with the injected product, but the measurements of the IGF-1(which indicates the HGH level) gave the required analytical base line.  Since the original research, 1000's of confirming HGH trials have been run.

For a five minute history on HGH see our website.  Many of these trials were run on the secretagogues which are stacks of amino acids and proprietary ingredients which stimulate the pituitary to produce increased quantities of HGH.  These stimulating products are called secretagogues.   Obtaining one's HGH in this method, not only substantially reduces the cost of the treatment, but also secretes the HGH in the manner in which nature intended.
