Stop Eating Chocolate

As with any kind of addiction you might have in your life, the first step towards facing it is to admit that you have a problem. The same principle applies with your chocolate addiction.

For you to stop eating chocolate, it is important to take your chocolate addiction seriously.
I invite you to grab a notebook or journal and write: " I ( insert your name ) admit that I am addicted to chocolate, ' with a date too to mark the occasion.

By admitting that you have an addiction to chocolate and through writing it down symbolises to both yourself and the universe that you are taking your addiction seriously which is powerful. You are announcing to both yourself and the universe that you are ready for transformation, that you are seriously ready for transformation, which is a gift you are giving yourself.

One of the biggest obstacles many chocolate addicts have is that they admit openly that they do not want to stop eating chocolate, that they simply want to balance out their addiction. This is something that is absolutely down to individual.

Personally, I consider it more important initially to take your addiction to chocolate seriously and then look deeply as to why you are so addicted, then as you balance out your addiction, look at re-building your relationship with chocolate, such as eating it in much more balanced way as often banning something permanently that you are addicted to makes it all the more irresistible. What often occurs it that what was once so irresistible lessens in attractiveness as you look for other sources of pleasure and joy.
