Quitting pot can be done if you remain strong and have a good sense of how you can to be addicted and have a clear course of action to become un-addicted (if that is even a word!). There are many methods to help but here are a few that have helped many people get through their cravings and establish a long term commitment to be clean of the drug and never go back.

Lists:
Keep a list of all the good things that will come from quitting weed and write them down. Keep a copy on you at all time and read them whenever you need to keep fresh in your mind what you want in the end. Motivation is prime and key to success!

Positive enforcement:
When you have moments of doubt remember all the positive things you have done since you started quitting, remember you victories only and they will breed more victories!

Forgot failures:
Failures are not important, do not dwell on failures or you will become negative and fall back into your habit. Just remember in the end if you quit any failures you had along the way do not matter anymore! Only focus on your end goal!

There are many other tips to help you along but hopefully this will give you a head start into your effort to quit smoking marijuana. The benefits of a clean lifestyle are countless and I wish you well in your efforts!

Good luck and never give up on yourself!
