Sleep Deprivation Syndrome is acutely stressful and it can be deadly. It can disorientate; it can muddle your brain and cause you to become emotionally unstable; it can even kill you.

And if you’re a chronic snorer, unfortunately you most likely DO suffer from this syndrome because your snoring prevents you from experiencing proper REM sleep.

Well, don’t despair! If you can spare just 10 minutes each day, you can be well on the way to putting a permanent end to your snoring. No more disturbing your sleeping partner each night, daytime drowsiness, irritability or poor concentration. You can even add years onto your productive life span.

Sounds too good to be true? Well read on.

A growing number of snorers worldwide have successfully stopped their snoring dead in its tracks, simply by doing 10 minutes of tongue, jaw and neck exercises each night. These exercises have been specifically designed to tone and strengthen the respiratory muscles so that the airway at their back of their throat naturally stays open during sleep instead of collapsing inwards and narrowing, which then causes snoring.

Stop snoring exercises are a simple and effective lifestyle choice which can help put an end to your snoring problem for good. But these exercises should not be regarded as a totally stand alone treatment for your snoring.

It is equally if not more important to also address your daily food and drink intake as well, because what you consume each day has a significant bearing on whether you will continue to snore or not in the long term after you have toned your respiratory muscles.

For example, snorers need to avoid all foods and drinks which clog or irritate their sinuses, such as milk before bed, along with anything else which may cause a relaxation of their respiratory structures at the back of their throat when they are asleep, such as red wine and sleeping tablets
