There are people that think that food, in general -- all food, is sexy. But, that's not what Im talking about... Certain foods make us feel good . They actually have chemicals that make us feel good, by interacting with our hormones or stimulating our brain. Now, That's Hot!

Asparagus can also help get your partner in the mood. It’s one of the few good sources of vitamin E and is a natural diuretic. Steaming is the best way to prepare them without losing nutrients, and they can easily be eaten by hand.., or fed to someone...

Kiwi and papaya are colorful fruits have an alluring and interesting aspect about them that can help get the motor running. Loaded with antioxidants, tropical fruits help fend off heart disease and cancers. Kiwi actually has more vitamin C in it than an orange, and papaya is rich in beta-carotene and high in fiber. Very sexy... And another finger food.

Chocolate and its' theobromine, a stimulant to the brain that creates a pleasurable effect has been a symbol of love and lust for centuries. Chocolate also contains antioxidants that may lower cancer and heart disease risk. Dark chocolates are usually lower in sugar, but higher in antioxidants and theobromine than milk chocolate. To do it right and get all the benefits chocolate has to offer... Organic raw chocolate is the only way to go. Once you go Raw, you'll never go back.

Oysters are a good source of minerals like selenium and zinc, and are also high in protein. And are a great way to start off that special dinner – but be careful when purchasing, as some can have high levels of pollutants and PCB.  If you’re pregnant, oysters should be avoided. But, otherwise go for it...

Now, all you need to finish off that romantic, sexy dinner is some.., epinephrine, which contributes to stimulation in the body. That can easily be found in your after dinner coffee, or remember I mentioned Raw Chocolate , earlier. You can also get a little creative & combine the two, by melting some raw chocolate, adding it to an organic coffee & topping with some freshly whipped organic cream. You will never have a better or sexier, after dinner drink. And who's to say what you do with that extra whipped cream. Hint, always make extra whipped cream. Enjoy!
